Getting started

Signing in

Use your email and password, or continue with Google or Apple. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link.

Adding your catalog

Add releases and tracks with their metadata — ISRC, release code, artists, and store links. Everything you add is visible on all your devices.

Reading a royalty statement

Import the CSV or PDF statement your distributor sends you. Catalog Manager normalizes the rows, matches them to your releases by ISRC and release code, and shows earnings per release, per track, per store, and per territory.

Common questions

Which statements can I import?

Any CSV or PDF royalty statement. There are built-in parsers for DistroKid, CD Baby, TuneCore, Symphonic, LANDR, Stem, Amuse, Believe, Beatport and dozens more. Unrecognized formats fall back to a generic parser.

A statement didn’t import correctly

Email support@catalogmanager.app and attach the file. We’ll look at the format and, where we can, add a parser for it.

Some royalty lines didn’t match my releases

Matching is done on ISRC and release code. Check that the ISRCs on your tracks match the ones on the statement — a single wrong character will prevent a match. Unmatched lines are still counted in your totals and can be assigned manually.

My numbers look wrong

Check the statement period and the currency setting first. If they’re correct and the totals still look off, email us with the statement and we’ll trace it.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Your catalog, statements, and tax summaries can be exported at any time. Your data is yours.

Is my financial data private?

Your statements stay in your account. Turn on Face ID lock in Settings to require biometric authentication when opening the app, and Financial blur to hide figures until you tap them. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Push notifications

Notifications are optional and off until you enable them. Settings → Push notifications, then choose which alerts you want: new statement, anomaly detected, or payout approaching. You can turn any of them off at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Full details of what is deleted and what we must retain by law are on our account deletion page.

The Catalog Manager mobile app is free. There is nothing to buy in the app and no account is charged for using it.
