Open Catalog Manager → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is closed immediately and your personal data is removed. No email required.
This page explains how to request deletion of your Catalog Manager account (the Catalog Manager mobile app and the web app at catalogmanager.app), what data is deleted, and the limited records we are required by law to keep.
Your account is closed and you are signed out. This is self-service and takes effect immediately.
If you cannot access the app, email legal@catalogmanager.app from the address on your account with the subject line Delete My Account. We will verify the request and delete your account data within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes your account and personal data. Some financial records must be retained for a statutory period under accounting and record-keeping law — a legal obligation that overrides the right to erasure for those specific records. This mirrors the retention table in our Privacy Policy.
| Data | On deletion |
|---|---|
| Account data (name, email, login, settings, push token) | Deleted within 30 days of request |
| Catalog data (releases, tracks, metadata, links) | Deleted on request — exportable beforehand |
| Royalty statements and financial records | Retained up to 7 years where record-keeping law requires it, then deleted. Exportable anytime. |
| Revenue splits | Deleted, subject to the record-keeping obligation above |
| Usage logs | Up to 12 months, then anonymized or deleted |
| Integration tokens (e.g. Gmail) | Deleted on disconnect or account closure |
| Identity verification (KYC) data | Kept only as long as needed for verification and any legal record we must keep, then deleted |
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your catalog, statements, or tax summaries, export them before deleting — exports are available in the web app at any time.
