14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription within the first 14 days, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. Just email us.

We stand behind Catalog Manager. If it's not the right fit for you, we want to make it easy to get your money back within the guarantee window. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased from Catalog Manager through our payment processors (Paddle, Stripe, and PayPal).

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment date.

To request a refund within the guarantee window, email support@catalogmanager.app with the subject line Refund Request and the email address on your account.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

Catalog Manager uses Paddle as its primary Merchant of Record for subscription billing. This means Paddle processes the refund on our behalf and returns the funds directly to your original payment method.

3. After 14 Days

After the 14-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

If you cancel after 14 days:

We believe it's fair that you keep what you paid for — cancelling doesn't cut your access short.

4. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings → Subscription. There are no cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts, and no lengthy processes.

After cancelling, your catalog data is retained for 90 days so you can export it before it's deleted. You can export your full catalog at any time from within the app via Settings → Export data.

5. Automatic Refunds for Service Disruptions

In the unlikely event of a prolonged service outage affecting your ability to use Pro features (more than 72 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a pro-rated service credit or refund. Contact support to request one.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

If you believe your situation warrants an exception, contact us — we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for services within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This statutory right is consistent with our 14-day money-back guarantee above.

If you begin using the Pro features during the withdrawal period, we will honour your refund request but reserve the right, where permitted by law, to deduct a proportionate amount for services consumed. In practice, we rarely do this and typically refund in full.

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge directly with your bank or card issuer (a "chargeback") rather than contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to email us at support@catalogmanager.app before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve the issue faster and more simply through direct refund.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 business day. Refunds requested within the 14-day window are processed immediately upon verification of the account.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by any changes to this policy.
